Saj Stories per Mediterranea
This Sunday, October 21 at 12pm, our partner Mediterranea is organizing an event with Saj Stories, a traveling table that celebrates the Lebanese food heritage through food experiences and stories. Our student Rita Chahine will work with her colleague Josephine Abou Abdo and Stefania Barzini on a Lebanese/Italian fusion saj session!
There will be also be food prepared by Hummustown, a company managed by Syrian refugees.
Mediterranea is a nonprofit that works with refugees to help them gain professional skills. The event will take place in the beautiful park near Villa Doria Pamphili in Rome.
