On this page, you can learn about tuition & fees for our onsite direct enroll programs.

 

Please note that fees are subject to change, may vary depending on exchange rates and additional fees may apply.
 
You can also find information about payment methods as well as withdrawal and cancellation policies for our onsite direct enroll programs.  

 

All payments must be made prior to the beginning of the program. Gustolab International reserves the right to withhold the Record of Study in the case of unpaid balances. The record of study will be released once accounts are paid in full.

 

Services, policies and terms of payment may differ for customized programs, independent studies as well as virtual programs. Please contact us for more information.

JAPAN AND VIETNAM PROGRAMS – DIRECT ENROLL

The program tuition fee usually includes instruction, program activities, excursions and accommodation in a home stay. Please see the respective program pages (Japan and Vietnam) for the updated fee on upcoming programs.

COURSES IN ITALY – DIRECT ENROLL

The program tuition fee varies according to the number of courses chosen. It usually includes the services listed on our support and services page. Please see the respective program page for the updated fee on upcoming programs.

ACADEMIC INTERNSHIP IN ITALY – DIRECT ENROLL

The program tuition fee for an academic internship usually includes the placement, a research project including advising and mentoring and Italian language instruction. Additionally, the fee includes the services and support listed on the relevant page. Please note that services and tuition varies by internship length and location. Please see the respective program page for the published fee on upcoming programs.

OTHER FEES – ITALY PROGRAMS -DIRECT ENROLL

Insurance (Onsite programs only)

Usually ranging from $ 100 – $ 300

Students are required to enroll in a select insurance policy with Cultural Insurance

Services International. Prices and enrollment procedures will be sent to you with your acceptance letter. Not included in the program invoice.

After notice of acceptance, a non-refundable down-payment is required to commit to the program. This will be deducted from the program fee. $ 400

Housing security deposit (Onsite programs only)

 

 

Single room housing supplement. On request, upon availability (in addition to regular housing fee) Starting from $ 500.

OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES FOR ITALY PROGRAMS – DIRECT ENROLL

All students should anticipate additional out-of-pocket expenses.  These will vary considerably based on your personal needs and choices.  Typically, students will encounter the following additional expenses (may vary depending on exchange rates)

WITHDRAWAL POLICY – ITALY PROGRAMS – DIRECT ENROLL

A total refund (excluding the $400 non-refundable deposit) will be made if a student withdraws 60 days before the beginning of a program.

A 50% refund (excluding the $400 non-refundable deposit) will be made if students withdraw from 30-60 days before the beginning of a program.

No refunds will be made if withdrawal is made within 30 days of the beginning of a program.

Upon arrival in Italy, no refund will be made for any reason whatsoever in case the student decides to cancel, change or vacate the assigned housing.

CANCELATION POLICY – DIRECT ENROLL

GLI reserves the right to cancel courses or programs due to insufficient enrollment. In this case, GLi will refund 100% all fees to participants who have paid.

PAYMENT METHODS- DIRECT ENROLL

Participants will receive instructions on how to pay when they receive their admission decision. Payment may be received by credit card or by check. All payment must be received before the program start date. An invoice from Gustolab International will be sent to participants.  Please contact us if you need to defer payment until you receive financial aid.

 

Non-refundable deposit: Once accepted to the program, students will receive an acceptance letter along with detailed information on how to commit to the program by paying the non-refundable deposit of $400.  Students have 7 days to commit to the program. The non-refundable deposit may be higher if the student is attending a customized program.

 

Balance: After the deposit is received, an invoice for the balance due to Gustolab International will be sent to students along with detailed information on how to pay.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS
