After notice of acceptance, a non-refundable down-payment is required to commit to the program. This will be deducted from the program fee. Applicants have 7 days to commit to the program.
After the deposit is received, an invoice for the balance due to Gustolab International will be sent to committed applicants along with information on how to pay.
A total refund (excluding the $400 non-refundable deposit) will be made if a student withdraws 60 days before the beginning of a program.
A 50% refund (excluding the $400 non-refundable deposit) will be made if students withdraw from 30-60 days before the beginning of a program.
No refunds will be made if withdrawal is made within 30 days of the beginning of a program.
Upon arrival in Italy, no refund will be made for any reason whatsoever in case the student decides to cancel, change or vacate the assigned housing.
Fee includes
GLI reserves the right to cancel courses or programs due to insufficient enrollment. In this case, GLi will refund 100% all fees to participants who have paid.
