We are located in the heart of Rome, in the historical city center close to the Vatican, Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori in the Rione Regola and Ponte on Via Giulia. Via Giulia is one of the oldest and most beautiful streets of Rome, commissioned to be built by Pope Giulius in the early 1500s.

Our summer internship program takes place from June 25 - July 16, 2016. This one-month internship program gives students the opportunity to work at a farm, shop, institute, association headquarter, vineyard, cheese factory, and more.
Our fall program runs from September 2, 2016 to December 10, 2016 and will assist students in understanding sustainable food supply chains in Italy through the study of its markets, products and processes.
