The Italian version of the book ‘Alimentazione, la sfida del nuovo millennio’ Gangemi Editore SpA is now published (in the ebook and soft copy version).

Gustolab International Food Systems and Sustainability designed and managed the project ‘L’arte racconta il cibo che mangeremo’ within the book by working with more than 20 authors who contributed towards it. Additionally, the book contains a chapter by Dr. Sonia Massari and Carlo Alberto Pratesi entitled ‘Cibo e Città: Creatività e retro-innovazione’.
