Online course – Italian food culture

This summer 2020, Gustolab International is collaborating with Middlebury Language School to provide a customized online course on the Italian culture of food: a narrative journey through cooking practicum to discover recipes and traditions of different Italian regions.
Taught by Professor Dafne Chanaz and Chef Emiliano Valenti, the course consists of an introductory lesson followed by 5 cooking practicums held entirely in the Italian language.
About Middlebury Language Schools
The Middlebury Language Schools are language schools administered by Middlebury College. The programs comprise undergraduate and graduate instruction in 11 languages during six-, seven-, or eight-week summer sessions. The Schools enroll approximately 1,500 students every summer.
