Chelsea McCullough and Sage Biship, two design students from the Wilson School of Design at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) in Vancouver, Canada are visiting Gustolab International between May 9-11 during their study visit in Italy this month where they will be conducting an independent study to analyze and understand the food system in Italy, in relation to production, culture, co-op farming and sustainability.
