Food and Media Course – Documentary screening


Today, we will be screening four mini documentaries produced by the students of the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign in the Spring Semester Food and Culture study abroad program at Gustolab International Food Systems and Sustainability in Rome. With the guidance of Dr. Sonia Massari, Gustolab International Academic director and their video instructors, the students brainstormed, directed and produced their documentaries for their Food and Media course over a period of two months. They interviewed members of the Roman community to explore different aspects of Sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals that the students had learned about during their spring semester in Rome.
