Gustolab International Food Systems and Sustainability runs academic programs in Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters and well as short-term programs. We welcome students, both undergraduate and graduate, interested in exploring food-related topics at sites across Italy. We have extensive experience designing and implementing custom academic programs in cooperation with U.S. and international institutions. We also have programs open to qualified students from institutions of higher education across the world. Students do not need any prior knowledge of Italian language.
We are happy to work with the student’s home institution to facilitate credit recognition.
