OUR FACULTY

GLi faculty is composed of 12 permanent professors. In total, 34 professors are involved in teaching in the Gli courses.

Over 90% of our Faculty have a PhD in a food-related field of study.

GLi has hosted 32 international professors as faculty leaders in faculty-led study abroad programs at GLi.

GLi has hosted more than 100 guest speakers. This number includes every food expert (farmers, food artisans, producers, food business owners) that GLi works with and considers a speaker and instructor.
